THE Essential Nutrient!
What's possibly THE most overlooked piece of
the low carb diet puzzle (or perhaps ANY type
of diet!)?
The Essential Nutrient. WATER!
That's right, plain old water.
No matter how you approach your diet plan you
have to include plenty of water as the basis of
your entire plan.
It's been recommended by health officials to
consume 80ozs. of water daily.
This may seem like a lot but here's an easy way to
not only make sure you're getting enough water
but also monitor your intake.
Simply buy a 20oz. bottle of water on Monday and
take it to work with you (or just keep it with you
at home or where ever you may work or play).
Drink the water slowly through the morning. When
the bottle's empty, refill it out of the tap or at a
drinkng fountain.
Repeat through out the day.
By just drinking 4 bottles of water, you'll have
consumed the minimum recommended amount!
Then simply toss the bottle in a recycle bin at the
end of the week and start a fresh bottle on Mon.
This is a simple, inexpensive way to monitor and
control your water intake.
