What I'm doing in my "battle against the bulge!"

Hey Everybody,

Well, I'm going to try my best to not get caught up in the big holiday pig-out, but you and I both know that this is next to impossible!

So what's the next best thing to do if you can't stick to your low carb diet plans?

Excercise!

That's right. If you just so happen to "fall off the wagon" during the holidays and your low carb diet plan goes south with the geese, simply increase your excercise routine slightly.

You don't need a bootcamp mentality. Just do SOMETHING 3 days a week for at least 20-30 mins. Try to get your heart rate up for a full 20 mins.

Then on Jan.1, when your low carb diet kicks in full gear (right?), you won't be too far off the path!
